I would leave negative stars if I could. The mechanic gave a man who drove a Honda with only a single key fob my keys ( that have multiple keys, library card and anime figurine) and the man who was given my keys tried to leave with my car! I know astonishing then when i confront them because the idiot does not know how to open my janky driver door ( it has a different driver door key do to an incident from the cars past (aka once again more than one key to a honda on my cutesy keys)) i had to take keys from dude and mechanic said no apologies to me for this situation. Dud drove off in a ugly car nothing like my cute blue CRV. Do Not Go Here! They will not protect your car that you entrusted them with. Will never be back! Was a customer since I moved here back in 2024, so hope they figure out how to respect there customers and train there staff🫠😶

Check my car in specifically for a four-wheel alignment. I walked around to see that there was no vehicles on the alinement machine but still took over an hour and a half, after making an appointment. Left several times went for a walk to kill time. Vehicle was still sitting there same spot and hour later. When I finally got it back paid for the service as I got ready to leave I went back in asked them for a printout of what my wheel alignment look like how far off everything was. Only thing they did was the easiest thing which I did myself ajust the tow in which is a 2-minute job. Never touched any of the other camber caster or anything on the vehicle as a matter of fact the rear of the vehicle was worse than when I took it in and that's why it was there was to get a four-wheel alignment not a 2 minute tow adjustment!

Never removes the $100 diagnostic fee or $35 shop fee, even if they quickly diagnose and work on your car for a simple issue. For example, my ignition coil that took 10 minutes to diagnose and replace and oil change/new oil pan they upsold me on and wasn’t urgent. They claim most shops don’t remove this fee anymore, but I’ve never been to any store, local or nationwide, that doesn’t remove this fee. I even called other pep boys, which I will not name out of respect to their stores, and they all claim they’d remove the fee, even if they usually don’t remove it. They also slightly overcharged me on parts between the oil pan and ignition coil. If you have to have your vehicle taken anywhere, don’t go here.

I went to pep boys because I had a blow out on my truck and Jake was very friendly and helped me get the tires I wanted and answered any questions I had. Carson mounted my new tires and did a grate job and was carful with my rims. I would highly recommend the pep boys on Atlanta hwy Athens ga.

Do not trust this location with your vehicle!!!! 3702 Atlanta Hwy Pep Boys has been so dishonest and untrustworthy with my vehicle, they LOST one of my hubcaps and BROKE the other 3, and I now have to get another mechanic to go behind them to make my car safe on the road. I've gotten 4 new tires, alignment, the works and was left with multiple problems that didnt exist prior to them touching my vehicle. The manager still hasn't reached out and it's been 4 days since I was LAST there for answers. They refused to give me my paperwork from the last service, until I showed up and wouldn't leave without "answers". Horrible customer service and mechanic service, do not trust your vehicle in their hands!! If you have to use them, good luck!
